create and operate your account;
publish your profile and submissions;
provide challenges;
provide purchased features;
process subscriptions;
respond to requests connected with the Service. Legitimate interests Processing necessary for legitimate interests such as:
operating and improving the Service;
protecting security;
preventing fraud and abuse;

promoting the Service;
enforcing legal rights;
conducting normal business administration. We consider the impact on users and do not rely on legitimate interests where user rights override those interests. Consent We may rely on consent for:
non-essential cookies;
certain analytics;
targeted advertising;
marketing communications;
optional profile information;
processing that legally requires consent. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting processing performed before withdrawal. Legal obligation We may process information to comply with:

consumer-protection obligations. Legal claims and vital interests Where applicable, information may be processed to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims or to protect a person's vital interests.
6. Cookies and global consent
Design
30 Club may provide a single global consent interface designed to support requirements in multiple jurisdictions. Cookies may be grouped into:
Strictly necessary Necessary for login, security, account functionality, payment processing, fraud prevention, and remembering privacy choices. These cookies may operate without optional consent where permitted by law. Functional Used to remember preferences and provide enhanced features. Analytics Used to measure traffic, feature usage, errors, and performance. Advertising Used to measure advertising or provide interest-based advertising. Where legally required, non-essential cookies will not be activated until you provide consent. The consent interface should allow users to:
accept all;
reject non-essential cookies;
choose categories;
change preferences later;
withdraw consent as easily as it was given. A current list of cookies and providers may be displayed through the consent-management interface.
7. Global Privacy Control and opt-out signals
Where applicable law requires it, Design
30 Club will treat a recognized Global Privacy Control signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Browser "Do Not Track" signals that are not legally recognized or technically standardized may not produce a response.
8. Marketing communications
We may send marketing emails where permitted by law. You can unsubscribe using the link contained in the email or by contacting support@design30.club. Even after opting out of marketing, you may continue to receive transactional messages concerning:
account security;
subscription billing;
challenge participation;
moderation;
legal notices;
policy changes;
support requests.

10. Sale and sharing of personal information
Design
30 Club does not currently sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define "sale" or "sharing" broadly and may include disclosure for targeted or cross- context behavioral advertising. If Design
30 Club begins using such advertising:
relevant disclosures will be updated;
consent will be obtained where required;
applicable opt-out mechanisms will be provided;
legally recognized GPC signals will be honored where required.
11. International transfers
Design
30 Club is operated from Armenia. Personal information may be processed in Armenia, the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other countries where service providers operate. the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or UK Addendum;
contractual confidentiality and security obligations;
another legally recognized transfer mechanism. You may contact us for additional information about applicable safeguards.
12. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Retention depends on:
the type of information;
whether an account remains active;
the purpose of processing;
security and fraud risk;
legal and contractual obligations;
limitation periods;
pending disputes;
technical backup schedules. Active accounts Account information and User Content may be retained while the account remains active and as necessary to provide the Service. Account deletion After a valid deletion request, we will remove the account and its User Content from active production systems within 14 days. Backups Residual information may remain in restricted backups for a commercially reasonable period, ordinarily no longer than 90 days, unless a longer period is technically necessary or legally required. Backup information is not intended to be restored to active use except for disaster recovery, security, or legal purposes. Legal, payment, and security records We may retain limited information after deletion where necessary to:
comply with tax and accounting obligations;
process or defend payment disputes;
prevent fraud;
enforce bans;
investigate abuse;
respond to legal claims;
comply with court or regulatory requirements. Such information may be retained for the applicable legal limitation period or longer where required by law. Public and promotional copies Account deletion removes active copies from the Service but may not remove:
search-engine caches;
third-party copies;
previously distributed promotional materials;
content incorporated into existing campaigns;
records retained under the surviving content license in the Terms. Aggregated information We may retain aggregated or de-identified information that can no longer reasonably identify an individual.
13. Account deletion
You may delete your account through available account settings or request deletion by emailing support@design30.club. We may take reasonable steps to verify the request. Account deletion generally includes:
disabling login;
removing the public profile;
removing active challenge submissions;
removing comments and reactions where technically appropriate;
initiating deletion from active systems. Some content may instead be anonymized where deletion would impair the integrity of conversations, rankings, or security records and the law allows anonymization.

the email connected to the account;
the right you wish to exercise;

19. Children
The Service is not intended for children under

We may use automated tools to assist with:

email;
a prominent website notice;
an account notification;
the cookie consent interface;
another reasonable method. The updated Policy becomes effective on the stated effective date. Continued use after an update acknowledges receipt of the updated notice, but it does not replace consent where applicable law requires consent. If you do not agree with an updated Policy, you may stop using the Service and request account deletion.
