30 CLUB COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Effective date: August 4, 2026

Last updated: August 4, 2026

Design

30 Club is a platform for participating in creative challenges, developing design skills and publishing original creative work. These Community Guidelines apply to:

profiles;

usernames and avatars;

challenge submissions;

images and videos;

descriptions and links;

comments;

likes and reactions;

reports and appeals;

any other content or conduct on the Service. These Guidelines form part of the Design

30 Club Terms of Service.

1. Submit work you are allowed to publish

You may upload only work that:

you created;

you jointly created and have permission to publish;

you are otherwise legally authorized to publish. You must not:

upload another person's work as your own;

plagiarize another creator;

remove or conceal another creator's attribution;

upload work that belongs to an employer or client without permission;

violate a nondisclosure or confidentiality obligation;

use unlicensed stock assets, fonts, music, footage, templates or other materials;

upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights. References, inspiration and common design techniques are permitted, but copying a protected work or presenting another person's work as your own is not. You are responsible for confirming that you have all required rights and permissions before uploading.

2. Challenge submissions

Unless a specific challenge states otherwise:

only one submission may be published for each challenge day;

an existing submission may be replaced;

assignments may be completed after the original day;

days may be skipped;

users are not required to complete every assignment;

technical formats and upload limits may change;

challenge rules, judging criteria and availability may change;

Design

30 Club may correct, replace or remove an assignment;

Unless a specific challenge expressly states otherwise:

materially AI-assisted work should be disclosed in the description;

users must have the rights necessary to use any AI-generated or AI-assisted material;

prompts, source materials and outputs must not violate another person's rights;

wholly AI-generated submissions may be removed or disqualified where the purpose of the challenge is to practice human-created design or drawing skills;

misleading users about how a work was created is prohibited. Design

30 Club may introduce challenge-specific AI rules at any time.

13. Reporting content

Users and visitors may report suspected violations through an available reporting feature or by emailing:

support@design30.club

A useful report should include:

the URL or location of the content;

Design

30 Club may use human review, automated systems or both. We may:

reject an upload;

restrict visibility;

add a warning;

disable interactions;

remove likes, reactions or votes;

disqualify an entry;

limit features;

prevent a person from creating another account;

preserve evidence;

notify affected parties;

report activity to authorities;

take any other action reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service or third parties. We are not required to review every submission before publication. The absence of immediate enforcement does not mean that content is approved or permitted. We may consider:

context;

severity;

intent;

risk of harm;

previous violations;

legal requirements;

public interest;

freedom of expression;

the rights of affected people.

16. Immediate action

We may act without advance notice where we reasonably believe that content or conduct involves:

an urgent security threat;

fraud;

malicious software;

exploitation of a child;

credible threats;

serious privacy violations;

repeat infringement;

evasion of a previous ban;

legal or regulatory requirements;

a significant risk to users or the Service.

17. Appeals

Where an appeal is available, it may be submitted to:

support@design30.club

Use the subject line "Moderation Appeal." An appeal should include:

the account email;

the affected content or decision;

why the decision is believed to be incorrect;

supporting evidence;

any relevant rights or permissions. We may reject incomplete, abusive, duplicative or clearly unfounded appeals. Where required by applicable law, we will provide an explanation of our decision and applicable further review options.

18. No guarantee of publication

Uploading content does not create a right to have it published, promoted, retained, ranked or made discoverable. We may change:

storage limits;

discovery systems;

ranking systems;

moderation standards;

challenge requirements;

permitted categories;

community features. Design

30 Club does not guarantee that moderation will always be error-free or consistent.

new content formats;

emerging abuse;

community safety;

legal requirements;
